What do you do within your business to make it more accessible and inclusive?

I'm LGBTQIA+ friendly, I'm also neurodivergent and a huge advocate for ND and also for mental health (previously worked in nursing and have a pretty good understanding of people and their different needs)

What is a defining moment for you within your business?

I set up this year so really that's my biggest benchmark so far, is finally making that leap!
