As a supplier at Alt Wedding Fair MCR, you're entitled to include items in our 50 RIP bags!

But what are RIP Bags?
They're our version of VIP bags! They're Alt Wedding Fair branded tote bags, full of goodies, tips and tricks to help attendees plan their dream wedding!

What are you looking for to go in the RIP bags?
Our RIP Bags are the perfect opportunity for you to advertise your business, and be promoted directly to those serious about wedding planning! We are looking for items to help them do this, BUT, we ask that they are more than just flyers, or business cards!
If you don't have physical items, but still want to be included, you can add discount codes which will be displayed for RIP ticket holders on our online RIP Portal.
Examples of what we've had previous include:
Notebooks, keyrings, wedding planning manuals, biscuits, relaxation kits (tea, candles etc), jewellery polishing cloths, ring sizers, pocket squares, something blue, mini floral sprays.

When do we need your RIP Bag items?
We need your RIP bag items no later than 28th February - to be sent via post.
Please drop us a message for the postal address.

Can we include discount codes?
Yes you can! We have an online portal for our RIP ticket holders, which will have any discount codes from suppliers from AWF MCR!
Please let us know by March 2nd what discount you would like to offer, and what the T&C's are.
INTERACTIVE DISPLAYS
If you are involved in our interactive inspiration displays, please can all items you're providing for the display be on the tables at the front of the Great Nave by 9.30am - that way these displays can be fully set up before the event starts.

If you are supplying outfits, please can the mannequins but on the altar at the front of the venue by 9.30am. Can outfits for models be held on your stall, and when models arrive, they will be directed to you to collect the items.

We have lots of space for décor throughout the venue and entrance hall. If you have any display pieces you'd like to include, let us know in advance and we can discuss options!
