We're looking for alternative wedding creatives from across the UK to join us at our Alternative Wedding Fairs!

A CLEAR WEDDING DIRECTION WITHIN THE BUSINESS
(SUCH AS A DESIGNATED AREA ON THEIR WEBSITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA FOR WEDDINGS)
​EXAMPLES OF PREVIOUS WORK WITHIN THE ALTERNATIVE, NON TRADITIONAL AND RULE BREAKING GENRE
BUSINESSES THAT SHOWCASE AND PRIORITISE INCLUSIVITY + ACCESSIBILITY
(SUCH AS USE OF INCLUSIVE LANGUAGE "NEARLY WEDS/TO BE WEDS", HAVING ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENTS IN PLACE, INCLUSION OF PRONOUNS WHERE COMFORTABLE TO DO SO, A PORTFOLIO THAT INCLUDES A DIVERSE RANGE OF PEOPLE)

Alt Wedding Fair aim to reply to your application within 30 days with your yes or no response.
We limit each business category to 2-3 businesses to ensure that no category overwhelmes the event and to keep opportunities equal. With this also in mind, if you've traded with us at the previous event, you may not be offered a space at a next event in busy categories to ensure every business that applies gets offered the opportunity to be a part of the fair.

Once you have received your acceptance email, you have 2 weeks to pay your final total.
Our events are currently non-refundable once your total has been paid - however in certain, specific circumstances we may offer an alternative for your fee. ​

Alt Wedding Fair are a zero tolerance event, and we reserve the right to remove you or cancel your position at the wedding fair if you act in a way that is detrimental to the wedding fair and its ethics, or in an inappropriate manner. This includes any forms of discriminatory or aggressive behaviour.
