What makes you an alternative wedding supplier? 

I have always walked my own path and I'm drawn to like minded people, the feral folk! Using nature and the seasons to lead my designs, I love creating and playing with new and unique takes on flower design....with a bit of witchy magic thrown in for good measure! I cater mainly for the alternative wedding market as I don't really do 'traditional' and want to let the wild streak take the lead! I love using bones, skulls (real and faux), found feathers, crystals and foraged foliage in all my designs with an emphasis on eco and sustainability - all will return to the earth - so rest assured your flowers do no harm. I'm here for my witchy folk, my alt peeps and everyone who walks a different beat

What do you do within your business to make it more accessible and inclusive?

I'm here for all, weddings, civil partnerships, handfastings, anti-weddings, if you want some truly unique blooms just like you, I'd love to hear about them and help you out! Prior to floristry I worked in further education with kids from all walks of life and experiences, inclusivity is second nature. I'm a little neuro-spicy myself and get that sometimes you just needs things a certain way, that's no problem I can work with you to make you and your partners day exactly how you want it.

What is a defining moment for you within your business?

Wayfarer Blooms is pretty new and having the guts to take control of my life and business after years of burning out in my previous career, is a pretty defining moment for me! I trained as a special effects artist, worked in ecology, taught in mainstream education and worked with animals. All these have been pretty awesome career choices, but I now feel like I have found my passion working with flowers and making people happy on their best day, this feels like home to me. I also did my own wedding flowers which let me go feral with the design and break traditional molds, and it payed off! This gave me another massive confidence boots to take the plunge and bloom my business (pun intended!)
