LOCATIONS: Cheshire & UK
Woman Owned
My name is Sam, and I am the creative mind behind Rock & Rose Jewellery. I live in Cheshire with my lovely husband and our little border terrier, Boba. I've always loved shiny things and was probably a magpie in a previous life!
My jewellery is inspired by a personal desire to create pieces for people who want a delicate touch of the gothic with their everyday outfits hence the name Rock & Rose.
Rock & Rose Jewellery started as an ambition to make gorgeously gothic and alternative jewellery influenced by different cultures, ancient history, and a fascination with memorial jewellery when this couldn't be found in the shops!
I create delicate jewellery with an edge that is not only beautiful but also meaningful to you.
I am dedicated to pushing the boundaries of traditional jewellery design, combining the elegance of mixed metals with the alluring mystery of the unknown.
Sometimes referred to as ‘office goth’, my jewellery designs are driven by a personal desire to create pieces for people who want delicate gothic-inspired jewellery to wear daily.
Available for commissions, I would love to work with nearly weds to create a perfect piece(s) either for themselves or their party.
What makes you an alternative wedding supplier?
My jewellery has often been described as office goth. Everything I make as an alternative feel to it as this is my life and the sort of jewellery I want to make. I am working solely with the alt wedding industry as my products don't appeal to the main stream markets (having tried and failed to sell at several).
Best live concert you've ever attended? Ghost gigs are always the best, I am not the best in crowded situations so I don't go to gigs that often but I make an exception for Ghost. What is your favourite random fun fact? I studied Ancient History at University and the Egyptian ankh is not only the symbol for eternal life but also the symbol for copper which I didn't know until I started making my Ankh necklace. Spooky coincidence or meant to be?
