LOAD IN
Load in is from 11am - 1pm
Your main stall must be ready to go, with trip hazards removed, by 12.45am, for the event to open at 1pm
Load in is via the entrance next to Black Sheep Coffee. If you are loading in directly from your vehicle, please book a dedicate time slot to do so, and arrive on time.
You will unload into the foyer, and drive to park your car. The AWF team will aim to bring your items to your stall whilst you park.
Rosie, Katie and dedicated Alt Wedding Fair Crew members will be on site to help you load in and set up.

LOAD OUT
Pack up will start at 6pm.
You must not break down any earlier, unless instructed to do so.
We plan to take a whole team photo, of all suppliers involved, as soon as the fair finishes.
The plan is to do this before break down, as soon as all attendees have left.
We will have Rosie, Katie and our dedicated Alt Wedding Fair team members on hand to help you with load out also, again during your dedicated reserved time slot.
Load out with vehicles outside of the building cannot begin until 6.30pm due to loading restrictions.
