STALL INFORMATION

Those who have requested a table will have a 2x4ft table for the small stands, and 2.5x6ft table for the standard & double stands.

Roller banners are not allowed at Alt Wedding Fair for health and safety purposes. You will be asked to remove these if you bring them.

Table cloths are not included, we recommend bringing your own as the tables are not dressed.

Those requiring electricity should bring your own extension cables.
PAT testing certificates are required for any items plugged in to the venue's sockets.

Your space will measure either 3x4ft, 3x6ft or 3x10ft wide depending on what you selected when you applied. Be mindful of this and avoid spreading out beyond your allocated space.

Ensure your stall has no trip hazards in the walk ways (which will be 3 metres wide).
We have a store room backstage to store any excess items to keep the venue floor tidy & with free movement!
STALL INSPIRATION
We want your set up to stand out amongst each supplier, so that you are memorable to attendees.
Please keep in mind when planning your stall, the target audience of this event (Alt Couples, who may also be LGBTQIA+ and/or disabled, who are looking for a non traditional wedding). Showing examples of your work with to-be-weds and newly weds from all walks of life is strongly recommended.

Here are a few examples of just some rockstar stalls at our previous events:

We recommend having your business name easily visible, having something people can take away with them such as a flyer, business card or a lil freebie. Anything that really shows off you, your work and your ethos is a huge bonus!
