Hi! I’m Lucy, a wedding and event designer from Liverpool.My career started as a theatre designer, so I have extensive training and experience in graphic design, carpentry, model making, and especially sewing. I even made my own wedding dresses and all of the bridesmaids outfits too! 

I love using my theatre skills to come up with out of the box concepts for unique weddings.

Merging my expertise with personal celebrations is an absolute joy and allows me to create a truly unforgettable experience. I take so much pride in curating a visual story. Every couple brings their own vibe and experiences, which makes for a wide variety of beautiful designs!

What makes you an alternative wedding supplier? 

In my life I’ve gone from full on emo kid to now drowning everything in colour. My music taste ranges from MCR to Chappel Roan, I think it’s a great way to live! Alternative weddings are my absolute favourite, I always get to use so much creativity and really put my skills to use. Whether it’s goth or neon rainbow circus, I want to design it!

Best live concert you've ever attended?

Seeing My Chemical Romance in 2022 is easily the best concert I’ve ever been to! I never got to see them as a teenager, so I cried most of the way through it!

If you could eat 1 meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

There’s a restaurant in Liverpool called Casa Italia that’s been going for over four decades, my mum used to go there with her friends in the 80s and she says it hasn’t changed a bit. If I could eat their pesto pasta every day I’d be a very happy woman (I know it sounds boring but just trust me and go try it, you’ll understand)
