Opened in July 2023 and situated just a 15-minute walk from Leeds city centre, Project House is a 1,000 capacity venue featuring a large, open plan event space, excellent production access and in-house production team including PA and lightning packages. The event space also boasts a large outdoor area and plenty of natural light making it well suited for a wide range of events including conferences, exhibitions, product launchers, award ceremonies, weddings and parties. Catering can be provided by the venue’s on-site kitchen, Galleria, with a range of fresh, seasonal menus available to suit a range of budgets. What makes you an alternative wedding supplier? 

Project House as a wedding venue offers a unique and versatile space for couples looking for something different. Our space offers an industrial aesthetic for couples who appreciate urban or rustic spaces . We offer a blank canvas for couples to customise according to ideas, theme and concept for their wedding. From lighting and decor, to seating arrangements and entertainment, the flexibility of the space allows for creative expression. Project House allows plenty of room to accommodate both ceremony and reception in one location. We also offer outdoor space that can be used for ceremonies, welcome drinks or cocktail hours, allowing guests to enjoy fresh air.

What do you do within your business to make it more accessible and inclusive?

Project House welcomes deaf and disabled customers to the venue. We are committed to making the venue accessible to everyone and are working with Attitude is Everything to achieve this. We always try to accommodate access needs to the best of our ability whilst adhering to health and safety regulations. Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to your visit should you have any access needs. Project House aims to maximise access for disabled people, customers, artists, staff and participants alike. There is step free access from street level outside into the event space, accessibility area, bars and accessible toilet.

What is your favourite random fun fact?

The first living creature in space was a Soviet dog named Laika, we have a book about her at home. She was a stray that went on to orbit the Earth 2000 times!
