WELCOME! We've put together this super helpful website page full of information you will need for attending AWF BRUM. There is a round up for a quick glance info you need, and then we will break down each part for a more detailed explaination of what you need to know. PARKING
There are several large car parks within a 1-2 minute walk of the venue.
Limited on street parking is available outside.
LOAD IN +
LOAD OUT TIMES
Load in is from 9am til 10.45am
Load out is 4pm til 6pm.
You cannot enter the venue before 9am
STALL SIZING
Stall sizes are as follows:
3ft by 4ft
3ft by 6ft
3ft by 10ft
Tables measure roughly 2ft wide by the length of your chosen stall.
Each stall is designed for you to stand in front of, or to the side of your stall, not behind.
Table cloths are not included! Please bring your own
EVENT TIMES
+ SESSIONS
The event is 11am - 4pm

TIME SLOTS ARE:
QUIET HR: 11am - 12pm
SESSION 1: 12pm - 2pm
SESSION 2: 2pm - 4pm
NO ROLLER BANNERS
Due to health + safety, roller banners are not allowed at any of our events.
If you would like help with coming up with alternatives please let us know.
LIVE PERFORMANCES
We will have live performances through the general admission sessions at a social volume!
Currently set to be 12.30 - 1.30pm and 2-3pm
RIP BAGS
As suppliers at AWF BRUM, you're welcome to add items into our 50 RIP Bags.
We need these sent to us no later than 1 week before the event.
You can add discounts to our online portal if physical items aren't your thing.
